5. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we begin processing your items for shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you need assistance with an issue, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
7. Is shipping free?
Yes! Standard shipping is completely free on all orders within Australia.
8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
